Crash and diagnostic data collected via Firebase Crashlytics are used only to diagnose and fix issues and are not linked to a user’s identity unless you explicitly provide identifying information.

12. Data Deletion Request
To request deletion, email sahari.letters@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered mobile number and passcode to verify identity. We will process requests within 7 business days. You may also use our online forms: delete_account or partial deletion.
13. Mobile App-Specific Terms
The app may collect push notification tokens, store local data (notification history), and use Firebase Crashlytics for anonymized crash reporting. These are used only to support the app and are not sold or shared beyond trusted service providers.
